Return and Refund Policy

These terms and conditions constitute the return and refund policy of The Light You Give Candle Company. Thank you for your purchase. If you are not happy or sure about your purchase, we are here to make it right.

Terms and Conditions for return and refund:

  1. The Light You Give Candle Company at this time does not offer returns.

  2. The Light You Give Candle Company at this time does not offer returns or refunds for bulk candle orders.

  3. The Light You Give Candle Company at this time does not offer refunds or returns for local delivery orders/products or pick up orders and products.

  4. The customer has 24 hours to check and contact The Light You Give Candle Company after delivery of order for any damage or missing items.

  5. If a customer receives a damaged “candle” or “candle accessory” upon delivery they are to contact The Light You Give Candle Company within 24 hours of receiving.

  6. When contacting The Light You Give Candle Company please provide your order number, date of package received and pictures of the damaged product with the packaging. The Light You Give Candle Company will contact you and provide a partial to full refund within 14 business days if deemed product was damaged due to delivery.

  7. If a customer receives an order and is missing item(s) or has received the wrong item(s) they are to contact The Light You Give Candle Company within 24 hours of delivery.

  8. When contacting The Light You Give Candle Company about missing item(s) please provide an order number, date of package received and a picture of your order. The Light You Give Candle Company will contact customers and rectify the situation with either a full refund of the missing product(s) or ship out the missing items with a partial refund for said item within 14 business days.

  9. If a customer received the wrong item(s) from their order they are to contact The Light You Give Candle Company within 24 hours of delivery with the order number, date of order received and picture of the order received. The Light You Give Candle Company will contact you and ship out the correct items as well as allow customers to keep the incorrect items received, no refunds will be offered.

  10. After 24 hours of the delivery or not fulfilling any of the conditions provided in clause 3 and/or 4 The Light You Give Candle Company shall not accept any reports of damaged or missing items and no money will be refunded or new products shipped out.
